At Crossover, we believe that the love of God starts the moment someone steps through our doors. That’s why our Welcome Greeters are such an important part of our ministry! We’re looking for people with warm hearts and bright smiles to create an inviting atmosphere where every person feels seen, valued, and welcomed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- First Impressions Matter: As the face of Crossover, you’ll greet members and visitors with a smile, a kind word, and maybe even a handshake or hug (whichever they're comfortable with). Your warm welcome sets the tone for their entire worship experience.
- Show the Way: You’ll help direct guests to where they need to go—whether it’s the worship center, restrooms, children's ministry, or another part of our campus. You’ll be ready with answers to their questions and help them feel at home.
- Connect and Engage: For visitors, you’ll make sure they feel extra special, providing them with any necessary info about our church and helping them connect with ministries and events that fit their needs.
- Support the Flow: During service transitions, you’ll assist in creating a smooth and organized flow, ensuring everyone finds their seat and feels ready to engage in worship.
